If you have a problem with items from your order, you can now report your case here. Whether you’ve ordered the wrong item, encountered a defect, or simply wish to return something because you don’t like it within our return period, you can report all issues related to items from your order via our contact form.
To start the process, you must first enter the order number and the email address used to make the order to protect against misuse. If you don’t have this information at hand, please check your order confirmation in your email inbox. These details are mandatory; without them, registration in our online center is not possible.
You will be guided through the input form, where you must make the necessary entries and confirm your preferred solutions.

If you have received the wrong item, something was delivered defective, or a product suffers visual damage during the warranty period, you will always be asked to upload a picture of it during the input process. Please have a photo ready in such cases.
After successfully submitting your issue, you will receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging that your case has been received and we will look into it immediately. We will try to meet your request and offer you the best possible solution we can manage.
