General Terms and Conditions effective from 23.05.2024

01. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all sales, deliveries, and services of Rapidezone.ch. By placing an order from our range, these are considered accepted. General purchasing conditions of the buyer are hereby rejected. If for any reason a point from the general terms and conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining points remains unaffected. Amendments and additions to these terms and conditions expressly require written form and are only effective if Rapidezone.ch has agreed to them in writing with the customer.
02. Prices
The prices listed are considered accepted prices when placing the order. Subsequent price changes and deviations during order execution that occur after the order is completed cannot be considered. The information on the such as size, weight, and dimensions serve only as guidelines and are therefore not assurances of properties.
Rapidezone.ch reserves the right to cancel already placed orders at any time and to immediately refund any prepayments already made by the customer. There is therefore no obligation to deliver the goods at any time. All sales to end customers are not approved for commercial resale and are therefore prohibited.
03. Payment, Delivery, and Shipping
Payment is only possible via immediate payment methods. Collection of the goods or delivery by cash on delivery is not offered. The following payment methods are available to the customer:

E-Finance and Postfinance (Note: Only for customers with a Postfinance Card) Credit card payment (Note: Only with VISA, MasterCard, or AMEX)
Twint (Note: Twint must be installed on the smartphone)
Items from Rapidezone.ch are generally in stock and available for immediate delivery. When ordering multiple items, Rapidezone.ch always strives to deliver them completely. If an item is exceptionally unavailable or sold out, it will be shipped immediately upon receipt from the supplier to the customer. In this case, there is no right to cancel the order or claim damages. The customer agrees to accept partial deliveries at any time. A general waiting period of 2-5 working days is to be expected here.
The uninsured shipping is free for orders over a value of CHF 19.90. For orders under CHF 19.90, shipping costs of CHF 4.90 are charged. Further information can be found here:
A binding indication of delivery times is not provided for either shipping method. The risk of damage or loss of the shipment during transport transfers to the buyer as soon as the shipment is handed over to the shipping service provider. Orders with incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer that do not arrive or are not found are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid in full. The same applies to orders sent as letters. Rapidezone.ch is not liable for such damages or follow-up costs due to reminders or enforcement actions in the case of purchase on account.
All orders in stock are shipped after receipt of payment either by A-Post letter/carton (small orders or single items up to 250 grams and/or up to 5 cm in height) or as a package (larger and heavier orders over 250 grams and/or over 5 cm in height) by one of our shipping service providers.
Shipments are usually delivered the next business day (note: no Saturday delivery for packages). A guarantee for next business day delivery is excluded.
A delayed arrival of goods for any reason does not entitle the customer to deduct from the invoice and does not form a basis for a compensation claim. This also applies if the customer has to rent or purchase a necessary replacement part or device due to a delivery delay. Liability for delays in agreed transactions is also excluded.
04. Returns and Exchanges
Due to dislike or incorrect order:
You can apply for a return for all items purchased from us within 14 days of shipment on our website. Product replacement is free of charge. For payment refunds when the product is unpacked, 10% of the product value will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Alternatively, the application can also be made through the contact form on our website if the order was also executed through the form. Please always note and keep your order number, as it will be needed if you report a problem with your order on our site.
The condition is that the goods are in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Your return request will be reviewed by us in the first step. Returns without a response from us will be rejected. If we insist on a return, the return costs, proof via tracking number, and shipping risk to our returns department are always borne by the buyer.
Important: In the above cases, we only issue a voucher. A refund of the purchase price is excluded.
Generally excluded from return are dirty, used, or damaged items, custom-made products with case printing, special orders in larger quantities at the customer’s request, hygiene and drugstore items, clothing, and opened or no longer originally packaged headphones, as well as smartphones and electronic devices where the original foil has been removed or if they are sold unsealed and the Rapidezone security seal has been removed.
In case of a complaint:

Your complaint will be reviewed by us in the first step. Returns without a response from us will be rejected. If we insist on a return, the return costs, proof via tracking number, and shipping risk to our returns department are always borne by the buyer.
If cases are rejected by us or not processed and the goods are still returned to us, the following applies:
For a return to us despite rejection:
The claim remains in full. We reserve the right to return the shipment to the customer at the customer’s expense.
For a return not submitted through the “Report Problem” link and still sent to us by mail:
Up to 50% of the claim may be charged due to administrative effort, as the return must be manually entered by us. In this case, the item price of the returned item, with a value of up to 50%, remains owed and must be paid or deducted from the refund.
Important: In the above cases, the deadlines for orders on account continue, and the claim must be paid on time after the due date.
NOTE:
All repair and installation parts are only accepted in unassembled original condition. If repair items are additionally provided with a warranty seal, the right to return and warranty expires with the seal’s break. A return is then definitively excluded.
05. Warranty
Our warranty is 2 years for end customers. The warranty period begins with the shipment of the goods to the customer. The customer is obliged to report any defects immediately and to follow the instructions and procedures for exchange. Installed repair items and unassembled parts with broken warranty seals are excluded.
Transport damage must be claimed within 14 days of shipment.
Claims for cancellation of the contract or reduction of the purchase price are excluded if a replacement delivery is possible.
The defective goods must be returned to our returns department by the buyer regardless of size and weight. The costs and shipping risk for the return are borne by the buyer. Replacement delivery or exchange under warranty does not generate new warranty periods.
Excluded from warranty are: impacts, falls, pressure, heat and sun exposure, cold, liquids, dirt, dust, mud, and damages from customer’s self-repair attempts.
Minor deviations from assured properties do not entitle warranty rights.
Warranty claims against Rapidezone.ch are only valid for the immediate buyer and are not transferable.
No warranty is provided for accessories due to the nature of the materials used. For electric products such as cables and chargers, a 2-year warranty applies.
06. Liability Limitation
Excludes liability for improper handling, natural wear, external influences, and self-installed repair items.
Further customer claims, regardless of legal reason, are excluded. Rapidezone.ch is not liable for damages not directly on the delivery item. The installation and use of spare parts and accessories from Rapidezone.ch are at the customer’s own risk. Liability for damages to the customer’s product due to installation and use of spare parts and accessories is excluded. This also applies to indirect consequences. Rapidezone.ch is not liable for lost profits or financial damages. The same applies to injuries during the installation of parts supplied by Rapidezone.ch.
07. Product Information and Descriptions
Our products are predominantly manufactured abroad. Photos, texts, and product descriptions aim to be as precise as possible. Note that products may be delivered in opened packaging due to quality checks. This applies to phones and smartphones and does not indicate used or second-hand goods. Only new products are sold. Returns for these reasons are excluded.
We do not assume responsibility for any changes made by manufacturers without notice. This includes colors and product properties. All descriptions, colors, and photos on our website are non-binding, and exchanges for these reasons are excluded.
08. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of RAPIDZONE, LIYANAGAMAGE until full payment is made. The customer authorizes us to make the corresponding entry in the retention of title register at the customer’s expense. These security rights are transferable to third parties.
09. Jurisdiction
All legal relationships are subject to Swiss law.
